Bed 1 - Our biggest bedroom is located upstairs and enjoys a triple fitted wardrobe
Bed 2 - At the back of the house is our second double which is particularly light and airy.
Bed 3 - Located downstairs off the kitchen, this double bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room.
Bed 4 - Last but not least, is our single bedroom which is perfect for smaller guests.
The spacious lounge has two comfy sofas and a smart TV with Netflix included for your enjoyment.
Our large kitchen/diner has an extendable dining table to seat 8, gas cooker and eletric oven, and plenty of cupboard space.
Our sitting room offers comfy seating for quiet time and a dedicated work station.
Upstairs, the family bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath. Pure cotton towels are included for each guest.
Located off Bedroom 3, the en- suite has a spacious shower with toilet and sink.
Outside there is a secure and enclosed garden which is also home the beautiful pear tree that inspired the name of the house!
