Nestled on a quiet street in north Cambridge, is our extended home that boasts an indoor heating swimming pool.
Freshly painted in a beautiful shade of Farrow & Ball, the open plan living space has a large kitchen with breakfast bar, bright and airy dining table under the sky light and reception room with a dedicated workstation.
To the rear, there is a second reception room with a super-sized smart TV with Netflix and surround sound that makes movie nights a must! Next to the indoor heated pool is a shower room.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a family bathroom with separate shower, and a single bedroom. Each of the rooms have been individually designed.
This is a special place that’s perfect for families relocating to Cambridge, or groups wanting a fabulous break in our stunning, historic city.

Bed 1 - The principal bedroom boasts a double bed, en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
Bed 2 - There's plenty of storage space, a double bed and relaxing chair for you in our second bedroom.
Bed 3 - Situated to the rear of the house, our bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a chair - perfect for those quiet moments.
Bed 4 - What’s great about this double bedroom is the views onto the quiet residential street from the bay window, and the art work. It also has a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Swimming Pool - We just LOVE our indoor pool! Heated throughout the year, it's a perfect spot to take a dip or relax and read a book. There's also a spa pool bath too....
Kitchen - The kitchen has so much storage space! It also has a contemporary induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher and fridge. It's fully stocked with all the equipment you need for a delicious meal.
Dining Area - Positioned under the sky light, our dining table seats everyone in your group for leisurely meals where you can put the world to rights!
Front Lounge - The spacious open plan living room has a sofa, armchair and extends into the kitchen/diner.
Rear Lounge - Situated at the back of the house, the extensive rear reception room is just brilliant for movie nights with our super-sized smart TV. Netflix is included with your stay.
Bed 5 - This cosy single bedroom has a bedside table and hanging space for your clothes.
Family bathroom - The spacious family bathroom enjoys a bath, with separate shower, toilet and twin sinks.
Downstairs shower room - The downstairs shower room is situated just outside the pool room, so you're able to shower with convenience before and after your swim.
Boot room - You can access our boot room from the front of the house and from the kitchen. Here you can find a second fridge, the freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The Belfast sink is handy for cleaning off muddy boots.
Garden - Our garden is huge! Our secure, enclosed garden has plenty of space to run about in, and is a lovely place for some peace and quiet. The trampoline at the end of the garden is great to let the kids burn off some energy.
